How this is calculated

We turn each attendee's annual salary into an hourly cost (salary ÷ 2,080 working hours), multiply by the meeting length, and add it up across everyone in the room. The yearly figure assumes the same meeting recurs at the frequency you chose. It's a fully-loaded time cost — the real number is usually higher once you add benefits, context-switching, and prep.
