These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Helppa service ("Service"), operated by Helppa ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Helppa is provided free of charge, as-is, and without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the Service will be available at any particular time, that it will be error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service — or any part of it — at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Helppa uses AI to read and respond to emails and to interact with your calendar. While we aim for the Service to behave correctly, we cannot guarantee that every scheduling action, reply, or calendar entry will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing any meeting bookings, cancellations, or communications made through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
You are solely responsible for the emails sent and calendar events created on your behalf through the Service. Helppa acts as an automated assistant under your direction — any scheduling action it takes is attributed to your account.
You are also responsible for keeping your connected Google account secure and for revoking Helppa's access if you no longer wish to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helppa and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, missed meetings, scheduling errors, lost data, or reputational harm.
Because the Service is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a reasonable allocation of risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helppa and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service integrates with Google (Gmail and Calendar) and Anthropic (Claude AI). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access via your Google account permissions. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
